Candy Town!

Filmmakers Joshua Eckhardt and Sean Guinan kick off the 2016 Westmont Frozen Film Fest.

Their movie is actually a promotional video for a fundraising campaign. It shows off how movie making can engage an audience and actually reap results in a crowd funding campaign or other promotional ventures. Something many of us filmmakers delve into.

Perhaps the most stylistic of all the WFFF films Candy Town mixes the honey glow of sepia with a slightly off balance audio track to lure the audience to “the table” throughout.

Joshua Eckhardt and Sean Guinan previously produced the 2001 feature Flipping the Whale

“Candy Town is a musical theatrical group or a theatrical music group”, says Guinan

It seems that Candy Town (the musical group) is rehearsing and readying to unleash again in the Chicagoland area. Look for Candy Town around a corner near you!
